The Me1st and UnMute programmes identify and reach key populations with essential health services, including risk reduction counselling, gender-based screening and awareness, TB and STI screening, sexual and reproductive information, commodity distribution, and HIV testing services. HIV-positive clients are linked to care facilities, where they begin ART and receive ongoing support to achieve viral suppression. HIV-negative clients are re-engaged for regular testing, enrolled on PrEP as needed, and offered combination prevention strategies. Many people stop taking PrEP due to reasons like clinic distance and travel difficulties, so we introduced the ePharmacy PrEP programme so that you can get your PrEP at your convenience.
